The primary benefit is not only a fully automated reservation management system that handles accounting, reporting, payments and refunds, but also hosting on a national platform that is equipped to shoulder the large expense of a nation-wide marketing campaign into RV and rodeo groups.

 

These efforts include radio, billboard, tv, and intelligent, targeted online advertising. This means fairgrounds can be easily found and reserved without adding additional personnel or a massive promotion and advertising budget. Moreover, each host's listing is equipped with advertising space to help promote local events and businesses at will. FAIRGROUNDS (HOST COMMUNITIES): The GoGoRV software is robust, allowing hosts (fairgrounds) to manage calendars specific to each RV space and animal facility or across the entire facility, change and adjust pricing based on demand, events and other factors, to select a custom cancellation policy, to house and gain agreement for their unique set of terms and conditions, to provide local business information and follow up emails to all guests, to accept payment online, and numerous other features and benefits for hosts and their communities. These features and functions can be managed from a desktop computer, or on a mobile APP that runs on both Android and IOS smartphones. Counties can also provide a seat of the software for local law enforcement free of charge for easy identification of guests in case of emergencies. All with little-to-no direct or start-up cost whatsoever to the county or the fairgrounds depending on current data formats.

GUESTS (RV'S and/or ANIMAL TRAILERS): This software also boasts an easy to use tool for guests, providing secure and accurate booking based on specific area search parameters, animal housing requirement parameters, RV size and amenities or a route specific search based on start-to-finish map points in a robust mapping tool. Guest users can create profiles, saving information for ease in future bookings at any host fairground. Again, no cost is incurred by the guest except in the form of a booking fee upon completion of a reservation.
