Can we control our calendar availability for each respective RV Spot?Yes. Each host on the GoGoRV platform has complete control over the availability of both RV spots and animal stalls. It is possible to block out an entire section during special events or to manage availability individually.

Can we control our own cancellation policy?Yes. There are 3 specific cancellation policies to choose from varying from strict to lenient. Should a special situation arise, you as the host have the ability to issue refunds and/or deny them.

Can we require guests to agree to our county-specific terms and conditions of use for our facilites at the time of booking online?Yes. In fact, we require that all hosts provide a terms & conditions document to ensure all guests understand the rules of use and agree to said rules prior to booking.

Is there a way we can collect damage/cleaning deposits for use of our animal stalls?Yes. GoGoRV can require refundable deposits upon booking. Our system will refund the security deposit automatically 24hours after the guests check out. If for any reason the damage deposit needs to be retained by the fairgrounds in portion or in full, the process is that you notify GoGoRV within those 24hours to stop the auto-refund.

Can we set and change our rates for rental of stalls and RV spots at will?Yes. You as the host fairgrounds control the amount you charge to the guests. GoGoRV retains $5.00 for each night of RV reservations and $2.00 for each stall reservation. You are free to adjust the amount you charge to accomodate those fees so that the platform operates at no cost to the fairgrounds.

Does it cost anything to host on GoGoRV and to take bookings?GoGoRV retains a fee per booking. That fee pays for our overhead and for all credit card merchant fees. You as the host are free to increase your rates by those respective fees to make the platform a no-cost solution. We do charge an extremely reasonable one-time set up fee, which covers the input of your inital data and the processing of an accurate mapping image of your fairgrounds and RV spots. This fee is based on the size of your fairgrounds and the versioning of your current data.

Do we have to sign a contract with GoGoRV?No. We do have an annual Terms & Conditions that covers our fee structure and the dispursement of funds into your accounts, but no actual contract is required.

Is the platform secure for money transactions?Yes. We provide fully secure transactions that do NOT retian customer credit card numbers or personal data. All transactions occur through either Stripe or Braintree as nationally recognized, fully secure merchant providers.

What credit cards does the GoGoRV platform accept?We are set up to take all major credit cards incuding American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.

What if a guest wants to pay via cash?The online software is set up to take credit card payments only. We DO have a master pass for the staff at each Fairgrounds that allows them to take the booking and stipulate cash will be collected upon checkin. We will train your staff how to interact with the simple system and accept person-to-person or cash bookings as needed. This will allow your reports and availability calendar to remain accurate withing the booking platform at all times.
